Inlays are an optional finish to our handwovens. You may choose between small or medium inlays. Inlays are an extra yarn woven into your weft fiber, dyed seperately, which gives your handwoven an extra special pop of colour and texture.

In the examples below, you can see small inlays which have been inserted into each tail end as well as 3 inlays towards the middle marker. Often inlays are between lacework and fringes, but not always. In the medium inlays below, you can see how they are much more prominent and stand out on the handwoven.

We are able to place inlays anywhere you desire on your handwoven. Many of our clients enjoy one row of inlays per tail and inlays in the middle.
